Dillon XL650 powder drop issues [Video]

Having a catch when reaching the bottom of the handle stroke reloading 223 on the 650 this morning. Details in the video.

it is a bolt with a nut to hold it in place, I have done it on all of mine and not only is it quieter but it is smoother and it will not catch anymore

AdamB you are defeating the safety mechanism built in to vibrate the measure to insure NO bridging. If the OP is having other troubles he should contact Dillon. JMHO

Don't grind it. Call DILLON for HELP. It's supposed to hit on the part you want to grind off.

I'm a rebel. I ground my two down years ago. I have a couple of the old style. I like those much more.

To me it looks like that tab on OPs is bent in where as the one on Adams is flat. I would go look at mine but sadly had to sell it when I got happy again (divorced)! I do agree tho Id ask Dillon!
