Yall take notice on how they acted in a mob, but then were innocent little children when with their parents. The parents have failed here. And why is it that in these situations, the parents always take the stance that their kid couldnt have done anything wrong?

I’ve always assumed that my kids are guilty if anyone comes to me with something.

Congrats to all the parents who’s kids were involved....you’ve raised a fine little monster.

Agreed. When I was in high school we had fights. One night after a basketball game we had a 'gang fight' so it was called cause one guy from our school had a chain in his pocket. Cops came, broke it up, everybody got chewed out and sent home and that was the end of it. Parents didnt even get notified. The media is weak, why is this even news?

Racist much?

If you asked most people they would feel the label used in the title of this thread is a negative stereotype of black people.

I see it as a characterization of young adults who commit criminal acts and then later hide behind claims of oppression and misunderstanding by a supposedly heartless majority.

Those primates are baboons, which are a species of monkey, but are not apes.

Yet, those kids were certainly acting like animals. The one punching the cop should definitely be prosecuted to the fullest extent. You cannot allow any of that or you will get more of it.

Depends on the childs history. Sending them to prison or a placement is not likely to push them in any sort of positive direction. These are mostly places criminals teach others to better criminals, and recruit for gangs.

Ignorance may buy a pass here but I might suggest not repeating those words when riding the inner city transit.

The worst part is that these youngsters will soon reproduce. Can you imagine their parenting
skills? Kids having kids having kids. And each micro-generation a worse “victim” than the last.

Fine.
What DO you do with a 15 year old girl who will start punching a police officer engaged in his lawful duty (i.e. with no provocation)?

Bullet to the face?

The reason shit like this happens is because the kids are taught to hate whitey and whitey cops and any authority figure that might be white. NO form of gentle persuasion is ever going to change that because most of these people will NEVER integrate into a world where they are a minority.

Due to the media these cases keep coming along. It used to be that you disobeyed the cop, you got a beatdown and everyone moved on. The perp was regarded as a trouble maker, lost some social status and that was about it.

Now, the perp makes the news, wins the getto lotto and gets their 15 min of fame. If they die, the family gets the cash and struts around on the news circuit for a year or two. Often the "family" had little or no contact with the perp prior to the event.

Long to short is that evenyone gets to run thier mouth with an audiance which seems to be more important to most of them that the money. That group simply loves to mouth off. It is amazing. They mouth off while getting beat.

What no one seems to tell them is to shut thier mouth and follow directions and don't run from the cops. Problem solved. What is so hard about that? Most kids learn that in the first grade.

Full powered body slam/clothesline if aggressor is unarmed. If armed, neutralize the threat.

If the body slam breaks something and she ends up confined to a hospital bed for life, oh well, tough luck. You rolled the dice in a game that you knew was high stakes, and you rolled a losing combo. Nobody told her to attack a police officer. Play stupid games and all that noise...

I've ridden plenty of times on SEPTA and I've experienced open hostility both as a white man and as a Sikh. You should have seen me attempting to explain Sikhism to an FOI type one day who greeted me as a Muslim. He wasn't any too happy but I conveyed the idea that his displeasure wasn't any skin off my ass.

You might want to re-watch that and see who threw the first punch. Unless you saw something i didn't, the cop with the girl in head lock was the first person to strike anyone on the video.

Let me ask you a question. Do you think kids think through all their actions, and should be just as responsible for them as an adult? How much damage do you think she did there? To have the book thrown at someone for assault, they sure as fuck should hurt something other than someones ego. What is the pay off of charging this child as an adult and sending them to prison? {I.E charging them to the full extent of the law} What are the priors? How do they do in school? Is she generally a good kid that made a stupid mistake? Do you know anything outside of the 2 minute video with little to no context?

Thats exactly what she got, and deserved.

But now she needs a hefty sentence to think about it too.

I tend to agree with Corney here. Their sentence should depend on more than one factor, and they should be given every consideration. ONCE!!!

Generally, thats what happens, they start out with a bunch of heavy charges to get their attention and scare the shit out of them, and plead then it down to a mis demeanor.

Unfortunately, this seems to be a growing trend of disrespect for law enforcement, especially by black kids. Thats not racist, thats just observation of the many videos that get posted of brawls and stupid shit like this. Our white morons are too busy being SJW idiots.

'Kids' as young as 9 in the Chicago and NYC street gang scene have "caught bodies", many times because they needed people in the 'hood to "respect" them. When I was in high school, one of my school's athletic competitor schools had an incident where a textbook had been thrown at an elderly teacher and busted up his face badly. The incident was brought up by fans and players every time the teams met and was treated like an absolutely hilarious joke. "Yo, ya gotta watch out dawg, these n*ggaz are next level gangsta shit", became the catch phrase used to address any team that is competing against that school. This is not normal childish behavior. This is calculated, sentient viciousness, born from an urban lifestyle that emphasized violence and utter disregard for civility. The girl in this video was fully mature and knew the consequences of her actions. When I was 12-15 years old I was not punching police officers or throwing textbooks at teachers. I think my parents would have went as far as to permanently kicking me out of the household if I was involved in some shit like that, on top of all the legal penalties I would be facing.

A heavy handed sentence now just might save their life some day by curbing the behavior now.
Who knows?

Fully mature 12-15 year olds. No. Thats retarded. Potentially dangerous, sure.

"These youths wildly teeing off" Buy this you mean the 12 year old girl that assaulted 1 officer after he punched her. (y)

A heavy handed sentence has never did that for anyone.

So you see the whole mob go well all mob on the police.

Now once they get just a bit older and have a bit more hate in their hearts and come back with sticks, bars, knives, gas and maybe guns, it's not going to go so well for the police. I'm guessing before long that area is going to be another law of the jungle no man's land and then the folks will be whining about the police being so racist that they won't come in and clean up the crime so the aid workers can get in with the free stuff....

This country is being primed to tear itself apart and pretty much everybody is just waiting for someone to kick it off.

They could be bad kids, I don't know, I don't know anything about them except for a 2 minute video that started in the middle of a situation. I know for every kid that I thought was going to be alright after they left the facility I worked, 10 were shipped back twice. I know every crip from CA had crip parents. I had a kid from Philly, said everyone who joined the Latin Kings had to kill a random person to get in.

I think being able to con-scribe these kids to boot camp run in the old fashion and never letting their parents see them again would go a long to way to fix the problem. But again, for all I know this is great kid that made a stupid mistake. I would want some history on the kid before I would ever want to think about sticking them in the bad apple barrel bucket, and seeing if I can turn them rotten too.

I don’t know your history. But I’ve been in similar situations. And when you’re trying subdue someone, handgun retention becomes difficult when people start crowding around. That’s when things can go south in a big hurry.
As I said, maybe a heavy sentence would work but who knows?
One thing for sure, no way they should be rewarded for their behavior.

Who knows?

Rather than' heavy handed' Id say 'well chosen'. Like having to swab out the drunk tank in the city jail on Sunday morning. Maybe some scared straight talks in the State Pen. Or a long lasting community service sentence taking care of the elderly and infirmed...emptying their bed pan.

I dont have any experience of prison other than talking to a couple buddys who stayed there, but Ive never seen it do much good ...outside of keeping violent idiots off the street...Oh, wait!

I see a bunch of kids standing around, making lots of noise, not listening to instructions. I see three or four police, 20 or 30 kids. I saw 1 person assault a police officer, and get slammed and arrested. My concern is the parents that say police were in the wrong. I don't know how many of the parent s disciplined the kids for being in the situation. I am not sure how this gets extrapolated into a pitch fork mob, but if we are all playing our the fantasy game.....or playing the odds.

When shit goes south everyone is a hostile until proven otherwise. You inject yourself in the area of confrontation an officer is involved in, an your not helping him/her your fair game as well, age/sex or mouth does not matter at that point.
Stay the fuck out of that A/O or pay the price,...
