Discontinued RRS Apex Conversions

Does anyone know by chance when RRS discontinued the Apex Conversion kits (with and without Anvil30) for the Series 2, 3 tripods? It seems they only offer a complete tripod, which is not needed.

It's been hard to source one, if anyone has a vendor lead...
