I'm not a smith, just do doing my own work so this goes in DIY section. 223 Rem Match with a 26", 7.7 twist Bartlien.
Tenon cut...

Bolt nose recess cut...

Chamber finished...

It Fits...

Thanks. Both loads I tried today were under .5" easy in less then favorable mirage conditions. Think it will be plenty capable. 24.5 varget and 75 vld .010 in.
