Im going to build myself a dedicated butchering and hanging shed in the next month or so in prep for the next deer season.Im planning on having 1 room for butchering/skinning(wet room, just tile it all ) and 1 for hanging (cool room large enough for 2 sika )Im looking for pics or ideas of your own setups .Was thinking of just insulating the cold room and clading it over in pvc coriboard, adding a aircon unit for when I have a carcass in there, maybe buy a proper cold room door?Thoughts on this ?

cheers for that link.Iv since bought a cooler room door and insulated waterproof panneling from a closed down butchers.Im going to dig foundations this weekend and pour foundations next weekend

Make sure you address the moisture that comes off the meat. Mass air movement/exchange is the most important as phase change takes most of the heat off. Then cool it down. Also, the insulated freezer panels work great an can be found used locally if you get lucky.
