I have an old 700 trigger with flat safety shoe. I am building a clone A1 and needed some ideas or guidence on how to notch trigger and how much to take off. On build thread shows picture but not how it was done. I have a dremel and a grinder? ??help please

Be careful of old Remington 700 triggers.The problem is in the safety.If the safety is set then the trigger is pulled the gun will not go off but as you release the safety then it goes off or when you try to cycle the bolt it may fire.I have only seen this once but encourage anyone to be sure of a secondhand trigger good luck on your build
