The perfect time for Trump's DOJ to go public with announcements of high-profile criminal charges would be a month before the earliest voting for mid-terms.
There are still so many dems and rinos to fire from the DOJ, FBI, CIA, DHS, then trustworthy replacements need to be trained, legal cases assembled and executed.

No. Statute of limitations has passed and there's zero chance that you can find a judge or jury in DC that is not biased.
The absolute worst case scenario is that a jury finds them not guilty.

Nor is there one on an ongoing conspiracy. Seditious Conspiracy is a real possible charge. Case can be moved to Fla. Because of the raid on Maralago.

I so dearly wish that Brennan, Comey, and Clapper are charged and tried. Even if not convicted (for all the political BS), it would lay their crimes out for all to see.

The biggest problem is that Trump does not have any control over the Intel agencies. The fourth branch is running the country. What should Trump do about this? This is something that Trump cannot publicly acknowledge. Neuter the intel community and all the rest of the traitors are vulnerable.
On the bright side, sunlight is not a bad thing. It's a great disinfectant. Dump the files. All of them. Put them out there. Let the chips fall where they may!

Again, not being argumentative just stating that your post reminded me of those two quotes is all. That's over 60 years of... stuff so (while likely accurate) isn't necessarily an issue unique to President Trump is all.

I think stature of limitations is 10 years to bring charges (might be wrong). Either way, they can investigate for a year because thats how long it takes to investigate the elites because they can afford lawyers that delay everything..... until the statute of limitations pass... then olly, olly oxen free!!
