Do federal match ar primers have to be seated hard

If you are used to using Win primers you may find these a bit tighter to seat.

I was suffering lots of the Win blow by in FGMM brass.

CCI and Fed primers must have a bigger OD as the problem went away when I switched.

I'll only use Win in mil cases that were crimped.

I've always used "flush or further" as the seating criteria. After seating the primer, I set the round on a flat surface and see if the round "wobbles". If not ... good to go. I use both CCI and Federal Match, and haven't had a primer misfire yet.
