Rifle Scopes Do new FFP scopes for ~$1000 exist?

I'm in the market for a good scope in the 3-9x power range for an AR, and am willing to spend ~$1000 (new). I'd really like it to be FFP with a ranging reticle, but all the ones I know of are well over $1000 (USO, S&B, Leupold).

Are there other FFP options that I've overlooked?

Yes, there are.....I'm looking at one on the banner above where I'm typing this. Try SWFA for there Super Sniper 3-9x42mm FFP MIL/MIL for $599.

Also consider the IOR 2.5-10x44 FFP. I have the previous version with the knob covers and couldn't be happier with it.

Get the SS 3-9 ffp, it's a kickass scope, Mil/Mil, buy it and you still got cash left over for a decent mount.

3-9SS, great price, great scope, nothing even close for 2X the money.

Alright, I've decided to go with the SWFA SS 3-9 FFP package deal.

How is the S.S.A.L.T mount (the included AR/flattop mount)? Do I need to spring for a LaRue mount instead? Although I may do so regardless just because I like the QD feature...

I am very impressed by the SWFA 3-9 SS. I just got it yesterday and its all ready to go. Mil/mil is nice to zeroing your rifle, and comeups when I figure out just how to use it.

I would love to test that SWFA 3-9 SS but for my needs the 9 power just won't get it. Hopefully they will come out with something around a 3-12 or 4-14.
