I think you are talking about Delta Outdoorsman. Unfortunately, he and his entire website are gone. It was eerie. His site was still taking orders but nothing ever came. Got my money back from one transaction where I waited for 30 days. The site finally disappeared a couple or 3 months ago.

Too bad too. I bought a bunch of Eberlestock products from him with great service.

Bingo some of the packs, I think the phantom was one of them, were 30% cheaper than I could find anywhere else
