Are you guys talking about someplace your mother told you not to go, or Applebees? People carry all the time here in Colorado- have you ever seen it as an issue in the local news?

If the place makes more than 50% of its sales in alcohol it's a bar, and it illegal. At least in Nebraska, that wouldn't include our Applebees.
