BUT, if I remember correctly: if you file the BATF form 4 REGISTERING a lower reciever as an SBR, YOU become the MFG and YOUR info has to be put onto the lower. Even though you didn't do anything but fill out the form, since the lower was originally registered as a rifle or pistol, registering one as an SBR constitutes manufacturing one, UNLESS you buy one that is already an SBR, which the OP stated as what he's wanting to know.
EDIT: with that said I think there are multiple places that the BATF allows you to put your info, one being in the trigger well, which you'll only be able to see if your looking for it.
