Does EoTech = Insight?

Have an original gangster Insight MRDS. I saw that Tenabraex makes a killflash for it, but lists that it fits an EoTech MRDS.

Since they used the actual MRDS term, I'm guessing its the same thing. Did EoTech buy Insight, or was Insight somehow under the same company umbrella or whats the deal?

Insight L3 Harris EOTech were all at one point under the L3 umbrella to my knowledge.

Eotech was formerly under the same company umbrella. If I remember the order correctly, L3 Communications purchased Eotech, then Insight Technology, then merged with Harris Corp and became L3Harris Technologies, then sold Eotech.
