I am looking for a 34mm scope tube compatible ring that has an integrated picatinny rail. I know Badger and NF make NV accessory top half accessories, but I have ARC rings. So I am looking for a complete ring instead of just a top half. Google only showed one cheap one that has been discontinued. I will be mounting an IR illuminator to it at the 12 o'clock position.

I can print something plenty suitable for something that isn't extreme recoil, glass fill nylon will clamp hard as hell and you can put some tape on the inside to prevent the glass from tearing up your scope.
I found a Chinesium setup on Amazon exactly like what you want for mounting a red dot over my DMR2 Pro. If Tyler can do it, though, then that's probably a better option than cheap Chinese crap.
