You may have some time. Some states ended up funding the February payment in January (not sure how that works as its not funded in Feb, but whatever). What this means is that for those states, the welfare rats got/are getting their entire Feb stipend sometime in January. The problem is, I'm sure they're not so great at budgeting or saving money. So after a few days of the high life, and buying new flat screens and lobster, they're going to be dead broke with no welfare ahead.

So it may not go live until the 2nd week. Then again, most of them are retarded enough to get the extra payment in Jan, and then scream that their Feb1 payment didn't come.
