Even if this place had no rules, common sense and common courtesy both strongly suggest that you find the most appropriate sub-forum for the topic you're creating. Otherwise, why would this place's owner bother to create subforums called "bolt action rifles", "rifle scopes", "rimfire", "competitions", etc...…?
