If that’s me I’m selling high and retooling as “Swordfish Arms”, or some such shit.

Rehire all of the employees that were worth a damn and have them run shiny new machines.

Usually there's a non-compete clause in the contract. That would prevent the company from reorganizing into an entity able to sell firearms.
