Who makes the best dope cards. Mount to rail? Or scope?

Hawk Hill makes the best. I use cheap Blamm Enterprise dope cards and sidewinder or python from Bison tactical website. Very functional, but not as durable as the hawk Hill.

I have the insanely expensive MPA one, but I rely on it 100%. My actual dope cards go in a wrist coach (distances in 25 yd increments, and a range of pressures) like a QB wears with plays. I write only the hold for a given stage on the card on the rifle, so I never hunt or get confused. I write them in order and then just bang down the line. Sometimes I’ll dial and then hold over that first value, and just write “H+1.5” on the card.
