Dope Comparison

Does anyone have data for different SV round nose and hollow points. Im curious if the HP effects the BC in a similar way the hollow tip on a Sierra Match King helps the bullet fly through a pocket of less dense air, or if because or the relatively low velocity of the .22 make the difference negligible.

damn good question for a first post, welcome to "the hide".

i have a lot of .22 dope, but not a hollowpoint vs. round nose chart, mostly 'cause i don't have any same manufacturer / fps ammo for both RN and HP.

but it does give me something to look into...

The 2 main rounds i shoot are wolf M/E, and SK subsonic hollow points. I believe both have the same advertised velocity, and both use the same dope out to 125 yards in my 10/22. I have not shot further than that yet. The wolf is slightly more accurate though.
