Why??? Because sometimes hunting dangerous game is well...dangerous. Best way to get off a second shot, and possibly saving your life, is to already have one chambered and ready to go.

I saw one like it, if not the same one, at the Tulsa gun show a few years ago. Absolutely amazing!! If not for all the people there I could have studied it for an hour. The machining and workmanship was awesome.

20 years ago they were $25,000.

Last quote I saw was $35,000 for a professional hunter model with no engraving. Most of them end up being $65,000-80,000 engraved.

Yep, straight up Dangerous Game rifle - a hybrid of the two most common types, Double Rifles or Bolt Action repeaters. Here you have both in one. Having that second trigger is a LOT faster than running a bolt, but if you STILL need more after that you have it available whereas a Double Rifle wouldn't.
