Double Charging for account

I have been getting double charged for my membership for months. Who do I need to speak with about this issue?
Me too. Can't cancel my PP because I have no PC. And PP pops an error message every time that it can't complete my task. Stopped looking and didn't bother asking around here because some folks were getting quite pissy when you asked them to cancel
 
Also, messaged admin and can’t get a response. Tried to change payment and some buttons don’t work on the site. The “manage button” is not allowing me to change my subscription. Anyone else having this issue?

On your phone or an actual computer?

I believe that others have commented that they could not get into the Manage area via phone.
