Rifle Scopes dovetail to picatinny

I'm sure this has been posted before but I couldn't find it with the search. I even tried google

I'm gonna get myself a tikka varmint in the semi-near future and I want to put seekins 30mm's on it but I need to find a good dovetail to picatinny adapter thanks fellas!

Tikka are making their own rail, so you can surely buy that together with the rifle.
At least they are making one for the T3 Tactical and that does surely fit on all T3 rifles.

I believe that Near Mnfg is also making them.
