It's been a yo-yo for months. It goes up, and those waiting to sell, sell. Then it drops like a rock. Those looking to buy, buy. Back up we go. I think many are tempted to sell just to hedge against a total loss as 2008 is still a recent enough memory. The problem is, there's nothing wrong with the economy. People are working and purchasing, and borrowing money. I'm sometimes tempted to sell and still go out up 100%. But then I get greedy and remember last Summer and I feel like I'd be leaving a lot of money on the table if I do. I/we decided long term. I'm riding it out at this point.
Watch everybody sell tomorrow, as seen in after market trading already, driving prices down only to rebound on Friday.
