DPMS 16" 5.56 Load?

Just got myself a 16" Low Pro Classic upper and was looking to put a target load together.Its a 1-9 twist.I would like to shoot a Sierra match bullet out of it.What <span style="font-weight: bold">bullet weight </span>and <span style="font-weight: bold">powder </span>and <span style="font-weight: bold">load</span> would you use.Any experience with this uppers accuracy? Thanks
