Any place I can find the thread specs for the 308 barrel extension. Is there a barrel build spec for turning a barrel blank into a 308 AR10 barrel??...dimensions, gas port location (length from extension, etc). Thanks.

Not that it can't be done yourself on a lathe and mill, but if it were me, I think I'd just buy an extension. The $55 would be worth my time and frustration...
