Anything wrong with a DPMS BCG NIB coated. What I am saying are these one of the best ? This will be used in my new Mega Maten 308. I can get a good deal on these.

I have never seen a DPMS NiB .308 BCG.
I would rather have a complete JP .308 BCG or at least a JP .308 bolt in a standard phosphate carrier.

Must be a new part for DPMS if that's a factory part # as I have NEVER seen any BCG from DPMS that wasn't either: a) phosphated; or b) hard chromed.
If DPMS is putting their name on them, then they are probably GTG. Can't speak directly on them though as I have neither seen nor had the chance to inspect/run one.
Just be wary of some of the "aftermarket" offerings as they have been plagued with some issues, especially poor/rough machining/tool marks on the bearing surfaces of the carrier. I know that at least some from 762 Industries, Rainier Arms, BRO and even some from WMD have been noted as having these issues. Just be cautious of where you source the BCG from and be sure of exactly WHAT you are getting before you drop your hard-earned cash on one.
Good luck! If you pick one up and it IS A DPMS factory part, be sure to post up some pics and your impressions (as well as a part #) once you have it in hand. Could be an excellent new offering for all those building DPMS-pattern large frame ARs.
UPDATE :These are made by DRD not DPMS. Looks like these guys are trying to pull a fast one. I think I will pass.
