i got one to do a low budget build and im having some problems, im using reloads and some will cycle fine, then other ones will eject the empty but wont pick up the next,or will eject and will pick up the next one but wont chamber all the way, i looked in the chamber everything appears to be fine, was wondering if switching out the buffer or the spring would help any, the upper is attached to a stag model 3 lower,so i would assume the buffer in it would be a carbine type buffer

Gas signal too weak, carrier not broke in yet, not enough or wrong lube. Believe it or not maybe too much gas signal. Port pressure on these guns are critical to how they cycle. Maybe you load is "weak ". Try factory ammo and see if it cycles. Is your brass sized correctly?

I've read some reviews where the uppers had enough play in tolerances that bolt carriers were able to skew far enough to the side to touch the receiver walls at the back. I don't recall how old those reviews were, or whether the reviewers were using non-spec BCG's, but it may behoove you to remove the upper and make sure there isn't excessive play.

i thought about it not being broke in yet i only got about 100rds down the tube, ill have to get some factory ammo to try out, and i use clp, or pro 7 oil
