Assuming you are talking about the LR-308 (since everyone knows that DPMS AR-15 uppers will work on ALL AR-15 lowers ), then the list is fairly substantial, including but not limited to the following in no particular order:

SI Defense
JD Machine
Fulton Armory
CMMG (both LR-308 mag and G3 mag lowers)
Black Rain Ordnance
Iron Ridge Arms (IRA...not sure if they are still around or not)
Remington R-25 (a DPMS by any other name...)
Tactical Machining (80% lowers, as well as finished, serialized lowers)
Patriot Ordnance Factory (POF)...these lowers will work, but require "bushings" for the upper to pin-up appropriately to the lower.
Hogan...same deal as the POF lower above re: bushings

That's a short list...I'm sure I'm forgetting some of the more "obvious" options, but that should get you started.

My DPMS LR-308 upper will NOT fit on my Black Rain Ord lower in spite of the Black Rain lower being DPMS compatible.

The tang near the rear takedown pin area of the upper is too wide to fit in the cut in the BRO lower.

In other news, my Shadow Ops 308 lower will work with either the DPMS uppers or the BRO uppers.
