It's not a bad piece of optic, especially considering the price you paid for it.
But think of the amount of pain and suffering you'd go through in both butchering a suitable mount for it and struggling with its adjustments (elevation adjustment is basically BDC, but as I figure you won't be shooting 7.62x54R 149gr Light Ball ammo?).
Unless you have or planning to buy a Dragunov or its Romanian cousin Romak - I suspect that getting a decent MIL/MIL scope would be cheaper and more rewarding in the long run.
P.S. The rubber eye-tube that Russian scopes come equipped with is a nice touch.

If it's an actual Russian military PSO-1 scope, it may be collectable. You might be able to get a decent amount for it.
