He's definitely got a screw loose, for sure. Something about him is definitely not right. In my opinion his love of using extreme profanity in public statements to news outlets indicates he has no understanding of societal norms, and that he might even be a sociopath. It also indicates his parents are worthless and didn't do their job. In fact, from what I've seen they probably encouraged this behavior. As previously stated, he intentionally conflated "assassination attempts" with "death threats" for shock value and publicity. It is for certain that the former NEVER happened, and highly doubtful the latter did either (at least in a credible form beyond someone ranting on social media). I also agree with @Gasgun that there is a train wreck of some form and of his own making waiting to happen in his future. Dumpster fire waiting to have some gas cans thrown in...

His Dad is a retired FBI agent who works for some company peddling active shooter training according to a couple of news stories I read. I can't imagine how "helpful" it would be in his dad's line of work to have a victim of a school shooter as a kid. Probably worth a dozen sales a year.
