You know I picked up a relatively cheap set of Ti coated bits from Harbor Fright in a pinch and as long as you run a good oil and know how to keep a bit sharp they will hold you over until you can afford a quality index.
Enco is where I picked up my "good bits". 200.00 well spent on sale.
