Range Report Droid Ballistic Apps

Re: Droid Ballistic Apps

Strelok for droid is a nice app. The developer is also quick to make requested changes. As soon as I received my NF with MOAR reticle, I emailed him to get it added to the supported reticles and it was added in 24 hours.

Re: Droid Ballistic Apps

I like Shooter. Stelok was definitely good, especially for the price

. I just liked being able to use the G7 model with shooter. That's it. Both are pretty spot on with my rifle. Shooter just has some extra built in toys.

Re: Droid Ballistic Apps

I use shooter and it is pretty close to real world.

I also have an app called "RangeCard", it uses the GPS in your phone and google earth to give you straight line ranges....some say this style of GPS isnt accurate, I checked it with our GPS survey equipment that we use at work (same equipment we used to lay out a 17 million dollar project on I80 this year), my phone was within 3 feet of the Rover at 1 mile.....thats not to bad if you ask me.

Re: Droid Ballistic Apps

I'm used Ballistic on my iphone before it died and subsequently met my rifle, but now that i have an Android phone i'm using Strelok and very happy with it.

Re: Droid Ballistic Apps

Bought Shooter, after over a year, still waiting for metric mode bug fixes.
Have sent feedback couple of times. No joy.

Edit- got mail! Small but annoying and confusing bug will be gone in next update
