is it possible to use a PVS14 with a 6.5 CM SRS sporting a S&B PMII 5-25x56?
if so who sells a mount to accomplish this?

The PVS-14 will have to be run behind the optic.

Deadly is correct,You need to mount it on the rear,But I wouldnt Run the PVS14 on a 6.5 creedmore,The Recoil Can damage the Unit,I have Dedicated NV scopes and Clip on Units that are a Better option for you..

TNVC sells an adapter to do that though it looks like they are out of stock:

I would not run a pvs14 with that caliber though, I am fairly certain it would void the warranty.

I run my PVS on my M16, and have run it on my 308.
I've dropped it 25" out of a tower blind onto a rock.
I've busted the on/off knob off in Alaska. I've dropped it into a river.
I've accidentally left it on with new batteries in it and it ran dead more times than I can count. Mine works great still.
I would think you would be OK on a 6.5, but don't yell at me if it breaks
