I've got a proven load using 1x fired hornady brass; powder/primer/bullet/brass combo shoots good, no need to mess with it.
Got a good deal on some brand new hornady brass. Figured I'd neck size it and use same recipe.
Started reading tonight (here & elsewhere) and now seeing some people saying the virgin brass won't shoot the same while others say it's no big deal.
What to do? I don't figure the pressures could be that different but I'm somewhat of a novice reloader. My first inclination is to neck size the new brass, trim/chamfer/debur and load some up using the known good data to see how it groups.
What do y'all say?
