Dumb question--will ar-15 stocks/sights fit an ar-

I have an AR-10, but have never owned an AR-15---are the stocks interchangeable? or do I need an adapter? I was thinking of getting the CAA (ARS)Command Arms sniper stock (called this, I DO NOT call my gun a sniper rifle).

How about triggers and sights? Not asking about any other parts besides these.

fire control components will swap out ....in most ar-10
