I got a free can of this stuff a while ago and was thinking about giving it a shot on some small parts,my question is have any of you guys used it and if so what were your results?

Used it on an AK and also a 1911. Both guns were completely disassembled and bead blasted. The durabake looked awesome and tough as nails when applied on a properly prepped surface.

did you just prep the surface and spray and let air dry or did you bake it like the instructions say?

clean surface well with a degreaser, rough it up some and paint. Let it air dry then bake as directed. My pistol turned out very well and durable.
