Gunsmithing duracoating a crown

Is there any issues when you duracoat a barrel crown ?

Stick an ear plug in the muzzle and spray away.

I use a bullet of = caliber and tap it into the crown a bit.

Rubber plugs from Ace hardware. They are actually rubber corks and come in many sizes for about 15 cents each. I use them to plug the chamber as well.

Shercon here http://www.shercon.com/storefront/defaultpagewithlinks.aspx You can buy a kit that has an assortment of plugs. Works great for plugging anything including the chamber when blasting or coating.

I have used the foam ear plugs and golf tee's. I get better results...(cleaner) with the golf tee's
