E Dope RDS range card

I have 2 , tbey work but it's slow.
You cannot really use it on the fly, unless you just add a straight up dope card, the process is,
1. Build card in app, stage by stage
2. Touch to upload
In a PRS match where get a match booklet you can build the cards, then upload each stage prior, but if you dont have time to preload the data in the app, its impossibly slow.
The best option in that case is having a straight range card with general data vs specific data you might find in a stage

Used one for the first time last weekend.
My first impression was I really good, but I need some more time on it. Seemed to work great it in controlled enviroment match. The transfer of data seemed a little slow and connection was finicky at times, could of been phone case or user error.

I have seen funky connections and errors with mine too ,
I ended up purchasing a new Google Pixel 2XL for it, as i am an iPhone guy, and even that, you have to be pretty perfect on placement to get it to upload reliably.
It's super light and I like the idea of a dope card with it, and when you have time it does work out well

I have ran mine for 7matches so far, works great but like Frank said little slow when u don't have the match book prior. We Usually hand out matchbooks when people show up in the morning day of match. Takes about 15/20m to get the data in, then if shitt changes which always happens swapping targets/come ups isn't so bad. Overall I'm happy, love using the 2 wind hold slots for days when it's blowing.
Guys the kestrel link app for android works with E-Dope. They are working to get load and save functionality implemented. As with everything we do it is user driven, hit them up and ask for it. I think it's way better and less time consuming than having to hand jam everything before a stage.
I make the E-Dope cards. I am a shooter just like all of you. With that said I am only one shooter if there is something you need /want let me know, I cant think of it all. If its doable, I will do all I can to make it happen within reason. Just shoot me an email of what you guys want, I want to grow the sport and bring it along as technology improves!

Great product Ronnie! I need more time on it for sure. It definitely made my data way easier to input before a stage. I attribute any of my problems to me making user errors. I was borrowing one of Matt G’s with a crash course in how to use it. With limited knowledge and time learning the EDope and app, I was able to easily input and upload the data quickly, even with any connection or user error. Im sold on the value of the unit and I need to get with you to buy one of my own.
Used it at a match this weekend with Kestrel Link, a lot faster than getting dope then putting in to the DRS app.
But can anyone help me with the correct way to zero out or not use all 8 target lines when not needed. If I leave blank or set range to zero it computes holds to 25 yards by default, most stages are 2-5 targets max.
And while I dreaming it would be great if someday we could use the bottom of the card not needed for targets for notes. (like the crazy firing sequences they throw at the stages)

The 25m thing is how Kestrel has the app programmed. We are working g with them to take that out. Also mock up the notes idea and email it to me. I will see what all is involved to get it implemented in.
We have had some positive feedback on the E-Dope app and will be releasing a new update Monday. Make sure you guys update to Version 1.0.7!

Is it possible to put up a YOUTUBE video with instructions on how it works. I'm almost sold on it. Just like to see how it works.
I have a Samsung tablet with android. Would that be able to pair up well.
Also how many gun profiles can you have on this device. Looking to have at least 3.
I like using it in class with some basic dope on the data card, I like it because it is super light and I can adjust it easily.
