Are the .223 and .308 AICS systems identical with the exception of the magazines? I want to be able to try it out on a couple of sticks and want to be sure I can go from caliber to caliber.

Ya Mike, you will be g2g, the mags are the only difference. I wish I knew you wanted to try one, I just sold mine.

Andrew, what didn't you like about it? I figure I can try one and get most of my money back if I don't like it. I also would end up with a B&C to sell. I have a Manners on order but that won't be ready until October ...

It didn't fit me well and I still cant get over the fugly look of them. I ended up going with the Manners T5A with chassis if you want to try that you are welcome to. It is a SA RH. If you want to make the trip with one of your BA you can try it in it. Also I have another 260 in a T4A that you can try out, it doesn't have the mini chassis but atleast you can get a feel for it.

I may give you a call after August. Every weekend for the rest of the summer is taken up with a Sporting Clays shoot ... including a trip to Chicago for the World FITASC. I really appreciate the offer!
