Rifle Scopes ELCAN Specter- red dot?

Does anyone have first hand experience with this sight? The Elcan red dot. Seems like a great optic and priced pretty good. Not endorsing them, but just a link to show what sight I am talking about- http://www.botachtactical.com/elcanspecterrd.html

looks nice, we use their 1/4x's at work, nice stuff. so i would assume these are nice too. i'd give it a shot.

That is what I was thinking. I have the 1-4 Elcan and I personally love it. So, I was hoping the red dot would be as nice or better.
