noticed Brownells's has the Conex on sale today only,for $299 plus free shipping. I don't need one but might change my mind.

Damn...I just got one for $348 from EuroOptic. They will be paying us soon enough. It is really strange as it is a pretty nice unit but I have only ranged 6" white plates to 600. I like it better than my buddy's SIG

I've got the Sig 2000 and thinking if the Conex is any better I might jump on it. I'm wanting something that will give corrected horizontal distance out to 800 yards, 1000 even better, on fur every time. That's it, not worried about built in ballistic apps just want a distance.
