ELR opportunities in North East Florida?

Hey all,

I was curious if anyone could direct me to resources for finding public land to shoot on for ELR, preferably out to a mile or more. I'd really like to avoid the hefty range fees($500 per year/$40 per day). That can add up as much as I plan to shoot. Thanks hide.
