Hello fellow Hiders,

I wanted to order a cqc-10 today but I was wondering which knife to get? Plain edge or combo? Everyones insight will be considered, thanks. Oh yeah I forgot to mention this will be my edc...(just work in an office) but like nice things.

Re: Emerson CQC-10

I prefer a combo edge on my production knives. The serrations are great for cutting rope or string and, in an emergency, seat belts and there is still plenty plain edge for normal knife duties.

Re: Emerson CQC-10

I have carried a CQC 10 for about a year and a half and still LOVE it. I got the plain edge just because its so quick and easy to sharpen. Serrated takes a bit longer to sharpen.
Very good knife. Comes razor sharp and holds a great edge.
