So I just received my first can, a SiCo Hybrid 46, and I am very pleased with it! I am running it on a .338LM so the current Bravo cap is the .46 cal that comes with the suppressor but I am wondering what a more caliber specific cap would offer. They offer 5.56 and a 7.62 caps which wouldn't work but they offer a 9mm cap that might. My question is... Is the performance increase going to be worthwhile? Are the pistol caps up to the task? And, is running a .338 dia bullet through a 9mm (.354" but I assume the hole in the cap is a tad bigger) hole dancing with the devil? I'm just kind of musing but as I am a complete nOOb in the suppressor arena I thought I would ask the veterans and experts. Thank you for the info and help!
