Just picked up an eotech xps-2 with the (2) 1moa dots inside the circle. The book says with a 62gr .223 at 2900fps to sight in at 50yds on the center dot and at 200yds it will be correct and the lower dot will be 500yds. I shoot 55gr at about 3200, how would I figure the bdc out for that?

Your 55gr load will shoot roughly .5 MOA flatter (higher) at 500yd with a 50/200yd zero. Purely academically, you have about a 2-3" difference at 500yd between the two.
Transfer to the real world, a holo sight and your naked eye, you won't be able to tell a difference.
