Yep the tiny hat club, the big hat curly hair club and the other associated "tribe types" can do as they want because well face it, they rule over you.
Epstein's list is well, pretty much all the famous, powerful and rich folks among the political and business class. "the tribe" has no interest in losing their blackmail leverage. Unless somebody goes off the reservation and does something, then their name is allowed to be released as a warning to others.
For example the whole Prince Andrew business was never actually all that much about him, it was a power play between Trump and his CIA buddies he was protecting and cozying up to, vs essentially the British Courts and British Government and British media.
