Escutcheons for bedding Manners ELR light stock

So my Manners ELR light stock is at my gunsmith to be bed to the receiver, and I was curious what people use for the escutcheons? Make them from bar stock or pillars?

I had to Google what an escutcheon was and I'm still not sure how to cook one.
. . but if you are looking for a set, you should take up Bugholes on their offer.
