I build high end houses. Apparently I'm essential, at least in my state, all housing and construction was deemed essential. I don't think we build anything worth less than a million. Some considerably more. Breaking ground on a 15,000 square foot lake house in two weeks. I don't need any wealth redistribution. I do just fine.

she got ran over, but was fine after a few tears. kids are supposed to wait until there is nobody below them, but many did not.

Sounds like they got some of the right idea to me, but I do agree there is an incongruity of enforcement in regard to what the wealthy are capable of relative to the economic "layman". This is in practically every aspect of life from the economy to the justice system. Money equals liberty in this country. You might be free to do as they do, to make as much as they do and behave as they do financially, but you are not at liberty to do as they do unless you have the capital. The solution to this however is not wealth redistribution, it is a fair and commensurate enforcement of the existing laws they are breaking.
