Two months ago I bought a Bushnell LRHS 4.5-18x42 off a Hide member. I think it was on the GAP deal. Shot it 5 or 6 times. Looked inside one day and something round is hanging down inside. I got the service form off the website mailed it in. That was about 10 days ago. Yesterday I started thinking, I wonder if they even got that scope. UPS delivered a brand new one to my door yesterday. I had a parallax issue with an HMDR a year or so ago. I talked to the service guy on that one. He sent me a better scope (better reticle) for while I waited. When my scope was fixed, he said I can keep the new one he sent , or have my fixed one back. I keep the better one. Really great service.
