Large frame, medium belt. I'm 6ft, 190lb, athletic build, but the medium belt fits my brother's larger 41" iliac waist line measurement perfectly.
Basically new, this is a backup pack, has been down the driveway and back up maybe a half dozen times loaded with my UL camp gear for larping. Has a few velcro strap stays that I installed. Will come with a brand new multicam lid, (not shown as I don't run my lids)
